Hydel Studios provides professional photography and videography services, specializing in wedding photography. Services may be booked online, in person, or via communication with our team.

3. Booking & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date.

  • Full payment is due [14] days before the event.

  • Cancellations made less than [30] days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Clients receive personal-use rights but cannot resell or alter the images commercially without permission.

  • We reserve the right to use images for promotional purposes unless a written request for privacy is submitted.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must communicate their vision and preferences before the event.

  • Adequate time should be allocated for photography sessions.

  • Hydel Studios is not responsible for missed shots due to time constraints or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Delivery of Photos & Videos

  • Edited images will be delivered within [12] weeks after the event.

  • Clients will receive their photos via an online gallery, USB drive, or other agreed-upon method.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • While we take utmost care in capturing and storing images, Hydel Studios is not liable for any unforeseen technical failures, natural disasters, or equipment malfunctions that may affect service delivery.

  • In case of an unavoidable cancellation on our part, we will offer a full refund or assist in finding a replacement photographer.

9. Privacy Policy

  • We collect personal information solely for service delivery and do not sell or distribute client data.

  • Your data is securely stored and used only for communication and booking management.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
